	Hirer & all authorized drivers must be above 21 years old and maximum of 70 years old.
	Hirer & all authorized drivers must possess & produce a valid driving license, which should be held for a minimum of 12 months.
	An international license is required for licenses printed in non-roman alphabets.
	Please note that expatriate renters are responsible for converting their national driving licenses no later than 12 months from date of their employment passes.. Back to Top

Rates include third-party liability and property damage. Hirers are always responsible for the amount of "Excess Liability" for each & every accident.

Our vehicles are covered with comprehensive General Motor Vehicle Insurance policy. This covers against liability for the death or bodily injuries to the third Parties or for damage to third party property.

The Hirer of the vehicle is responsible for the damage of our vehicle during the rental period. Property damage is covered up to S$500,000.00 while third party body injury is covered with unlimited liabilities. The Hirers accepts excess liability on condition that each and every non-injury accident is reported to the Insurance Company and the Owner within 24 hours. A police report is required when persons were injured in the accident, or the accident involved damage to government property, government vehicles or foreign-registered vehicles

Hirers shall be fully liable for any damages, fire & theft arising from unreported accidents/damages to the vehicle.

Personal Accident Insurance may be arranged at the request of the hirer, which provides a cover of S$50,000 for the driver. Personal Accident Insurance can be purchased at a minimal cost.

Delivery and collection of rental vehicle are done during business hours (0900hrs – 1700hrs Monday to Friday, 0900hrs – 1200hrs on Saturday) a surcharge would be done unless otherwise stated.

All parking charges, traffic fines, ERP and toll fees will be the responsibility of the hirer.

Minimum rental charge is one day (24 hours) and excess hour charge is computed at 1/4 of daily rates.

For extending your rental beyond the agreed date of return, it is important that you advise RMG RENT-A-CAR in advance for insurance coverage purposes.

Rental is payable at time of collection. We recognize and accept most major credit cards.

Prevailing Goods & Services Tax will be levied on all charges.

Additional drivers are required to register with before they are allowed to drive the hired vehicle. There will be a surcharge for additional driver, Otherwise he/she will not be protected by the insurance, NWE or CDW.
